Step 1, start here
An afternoon in Mayfair with our coaches, 1:30 to 5pm at The Chesterfield Mayfair. You’ll practise on your feet, get direct feedback and leave knowing exactly what to work on. Rated NPS 100 by people who have attended.
Step 2
Two days in central London with a small cohort. Live scenarios, challenge and feedback, built around the situations you face at work.
Step 3
A follow-up 1:1 with your coach to review your progress since the course and agree what to work on next. You can also book 1:1 coaching for a high-stakes moment coming up, such as a promotion interview or a board presentation.
Step 4, after the course
Once you’ve completed the Intensive, you can join our monthly practice sessions for alumni, so the skills stay sharp.
A live Saturday afternoon in Mayfair, 1:30 to 5pm, where you practise speaking under pressure and handling tough questions.
